Spring at Marsvinsholm

This past winter has gone by with a swoosh! And its probably been one of the mildest I’ve ever experienced in Sweden.

Aside from a couple of weeks ago, when the snow covered most of the ground, I’ve been able to run in above zero temperatures since we moved back to Malmö in August. Elle and I sort of kicked out the winter as we returned from Riksgränsen in Lappland.

Not sure if I’ll get to enjoy any of the current spring weather today though. Work, work, work. Hopefully, I’ll have an hour later this afternoon for a run. Then, towards the end of the week, things should slow down a little. I realise now that that was what I thought was going to happen last week…I can see some vacation time coming up in April though…

Just saw a short segment with Nigella Lawson. I can see why she’s stirred up a lot of attention in the kitchen. She takes the word seductive cooking to a whole new level.
