For sale

New and interesting assignments arrived in my inbox yesterday and it looks as though I will ba busy during the better part of May and June. Next trip on the horizon is a working holiday to Madrid with friends from Packwerk.

Charlotte’s on her way to Mallorca for a staff party with Malmö Aviation. She returns tomorrow afternoon after an extremely short visit on the island we lived on for five months last year.

Elle and I might head on down to the Stapelbäddsparken so she can practice riding her skateboard. Perhaps I’ll bring my roller blades and share in on the wheeled fun.

Our apartment went on sale yesterday and hopefully, we’ll have it sold within a few weeks. When we move out, the amount of accumulated stuff will probably be staggering and we’ll have a great deal more stuff to move than I thought we would after our brief year back in Sweden.

I wonder how folks in countries like Japan, where apartments are so much smaller, manage their stuff. Perhaps they don’t save as much as most folks in the west do. Or maybe things they buy is just smaller and foldable.
