Egentligen är det konstigt att jag idag var på motormässan som just nu belägrat kvarteret nedanför oss. Trots att vi inte äger en bil, har jag hyfsad koll på bilar (genetiskt kunskap som de flesta män har per automatik?) men tycker att det i allmänhet är för mycket redneckvarning över bilentusiaster för att jag skall trivas ordentligt.

Men, idag resonerade jag att de vackra formerna som Lamborghini, Ferrari och Ängelholmsåket Koenigsegg representerar skulle inspirera och få mig att orka trängas bland alla tusentals besökare. Men jag hade fel och känner mig nu inte alls speciellt inspirerad. Däremot rejält folkskygg. Ungefär som efter Malmöfestivalen. Hju.

Many years ago, before I moved to Malmö, the city was often referred to as the Chicago of Sweden. Coming from Los Angeles, I thought the comparison was silly, a joke really. Today, Malmö has one of the highest crime rates in the northern Europe and we are currently experiencing a horrific wave of robberies, rapes and reckless violence.

I think its time give Rudolf Guilianni a call. And now that he isn’t running for president, Rudy should have time to pop over and give the local authorities some well-needed advice. Its either that or start looking towards the sky and hope that Superman will fly by to lend us a hand.
