Man, did we sleep in today or what? The Raboffs snoozed until about noon and then began yet another day of sun drenched beach life. The girls gave up at about three, whilst I spent another four hours surfing – right into the gorgeous sunset at seven.

I can’t remember when I last enjoyed a sport activity so much. Must of been when I worked up in Riksgränsen and had an average of 90 ski days a season.

Close to a week left now until I’m 45 and I feel more fit than at 40 – or even 35. The combination of surfing several hours a day and eating healthy Thai food is nothing less than awesome and quickly helping me lose some excess kg:s. The biggest (and only) disadvantage of being in Thailand right now is that I can’t get my hands on the new iPhone. Hopefully, there’ll be one available at my local store when we get home.
