This little gadget from Kitchenaid is probably the single best (and most expensive) investment I have ever made for my cooking needs.

I think it’s one of those (few) classic American quality products that not only look great, but that also works flawlessly at every food processing project I throw at it.

During Christmas in California, I checked out the price and it was way below half of what I ended up paying for this shiny mean machine here in Sweden. But then I would of had to buy and connect a current converter (110/220v) plus, I’d probably lose the warranty. Ce la vie. The time savings are great – and best of all, its quiet!
