A friend of mine and I walked around the Western Harbour yesterday – accompanied by a bone chilling, soul freezing, artic wind. When we came to this part of our neighborhood, we both agreed that although it was so cold, the architecture and color scheme reminded us of warmer climates, as in the Mediterranean.
