Icelandic National Day in Grundarfjörður
Written by joakim on 2009, 06, 17 – 10:28:38Spending a few days at cozy Hotel Framnes on the Icelandic west coast in picturesque fishing village Grundarfjörður. I went out for a nice long run last night and shot the snapshots below. Heading out for a hike this morning with local guide Gunnar and out on a fjord trip this afternoon. After a day of clouds and some rain, the sun is shining brightly (for the moment).
I wish a happy National Day to Iceland!
