Last year, my brother Nick guided me to the Salton Sea, a derelict lake just outside of Palm Springs and right smack in the middle of the San Andreas Fault (serious earthquake country).

I won’t be showing this particular photo during the forthcoming show “Skrot” or, in anglospeak, “Scrap”, but I like it all the same.
